love the colorThis brown color is hard to find through sources like Staples etc. so I was very happy to find this on your website. The folders are perfect for the project I am working on.

Beautiful folders!These are really classy looking folders! I got the ivory linen and they are way nicer looking than anything I have found in the office supply stores. There were some with bent corners that were sent and JAM replaced them at no cost immediately. They were great to work with.

Wonderful response to questionsJam is very responsive. When a shipment had a problem, Mike immediately sent a new shipment. This resonated with me and confirmed that Jam is a customer-centric company. I will never forget that response. It made me a CONFIRMED Jam customer.

Good folders...when they aren't damagedI really like the quality of the linen folders. However, the quality control is terrible. Out of the 250 folders I ordered, 30 of them were damaged to the point that I could not use them. Very disappointing. I'll be looking for a new vendor.
