*Saturday delivery is available for UPS Next Day Air and FedEx Priority Overnight when orders are placed by 1pm ET on Friday and the service is explicitly requested in the "Shipping/Order Comments" field. Otherwise, delivery occurs on Monday.
All orders, including those shipped via expedited services, require processing and/or production time before shipping begins. Transit time reflects the carrier’s delivery window only.
The option is available to use your own UPS or FedEx account for shipping charges by selecting the appropriate account type at checkout and entering your account and reference numbers in the designated fields. The charge will appear on your order confirmation but will be removed before your card is billed.
Plain orders
Most in-stock plain items move quickly through our system and typically process within 1-2 business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods.
Plain orders are processed Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm ET, excluding holidays. While we cannot guarantee exact timing, processing time generally depends on when your order is placed:
- Before 1pm ET — typically begins processing the same day
- After 1pm ET — typically begins processing the next business day
- After 1pm ET on Friday or the business day before a holiday — typically begins processing Monday, or the next business day
Print (custom) orders
Delivery timelines refer to the period after production is complete, not when your order is placed. Depending on the specifics of your order, production time can take 4-15 business days.
Print orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after your printed order is complete, with a total turnaround time of approximately 5–22 business days.

Sample orders
Sample requests are handled separately from standard orders. Within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and military addresses, samples are mailed via USPS First Class Mail within 7-10 business days and do not include tracking.
Samples shipped within the U.S. include a $3.25 flat fee for postage, packaging, and handling. In some cases, larger sample requests may exceed USPS guidelines. If that happens, our team will reach out before shipping to arrange an alternate delivery method.
For international sample orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. For all international shipments (excluding Canada), customers must provide their own shipping account at checkout.
Military orders
We are honored to serve our military customers. Orders sent to APO, FPO, or DPO addresses (AA, AE, or AP) are shipped through USPS Priority Mail.
Delivery timelines for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses cannot be estimated or guaranteed due to military handling times.
International orders
JAM Paper & Envelope proudly ships worldwide, making it simple to get the products you need wherever you are. For all international orders (excluding Canada), customers must provide their own shipping account at checkout.
Please note that any duties or taxes assessed by local customs, as well as any brokerage fees charged by the carrier, are the responsibility of the customer.
