Return Policy

Returns, exchanges or refunds must be received back within 30 days of purchase. 

This does not include Custom Products. Please note that custom-made products are uniquely tailored to your specifications, and as such, we are unable to accept returns for these items.

All orders are subject to:
    - a 20% restocking fee
    - any applicable freight charges on returning the product

Please use your order # for your RA # and put it on the outside of the package when returning merchandise.
All returns without an RA Number and/or received after 30 days of purchase
will be refused.

In the event that a package is undeliverable / refused and returned to us, any freight costs incurred on the return is the sole responsibility of the customer.

All closeout, custom, or special made items are final sale.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on orders that ship outside of the continental United States.

Damaged Goods: All interior damaged cartons must be reported within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.  

Prices may change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing / typographical errors.
