I'm looking for a translucent card stock, that is the heaviest lb, that can be run through an inkjet or laser printer. I want to use the stock to make miniature lampshades to I want the stock to be very very sturdy. Recommendations? TY

Asked by: Alice R
The heaviest we have is 36 lb. cardstock, which might be too flimsy for what you are looking for. You can order samples if you'd like! Sample policy can be found here: https://www.jampaper.com/Product-Samples.asp

Would it be possible to order just a sample of the paper? I’m looking into using this as invitations, but wanted to test one out.

Asked by: Marina
Hello! Yes, you can request samples. However, the samples we offer are for color sampling purposes only, not actual full-size product samples. Here is our sample policy, with instructions on how to submit your request: https://www.jampaper.com/Product-Samples.asp Thanks for the question!

Can the clear cardsrock be used in an inkjet printer?

Asked by: Bethany Ann
We would not recommend inkjet printers on our clear vellum, since there is a possibility of the ink smudging. Laser printers would be better.

Clear Translucent Vellum 8 1/2 x 11 36lb Cover (cardstock, not envelopes) Is this paper injet compatable? is it rigid enought to stand without warping when viewing?

Asked by: Deb boss
We would stay away from inkjet printers because the ink has a possibility of smudging. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

I am looking for a sturdy vellum for cardmaking (not envelopes). Is that what cover means? I wonder if you could tell me the equivalent of the paper weight as compared to a medium weight - 68lb - cardstock. This looks fairly thin and maybe floppy?

Hi There! These are our heavier Vellum Cardstock! https://www.jampaper.com/PaperCardstock/VellumBristolIndexCover
