Order -- I was missing 8 envlopes that I orderedI purchased 200 of these envelopes and only received 197 total. There should have been 8 packs of 25 and I have 7 packs of 25 and one pack of 22 -very ODD. So I was not happy about that. If you can send the extras I paid for that would be great. Besides that my experience was great and I like the products a lot.
PLEASE let me know what you decide to do with my issue of missing items.

Overall a satisfying experience, except for what I remark on in the second paragraph of my review.Envelopes were shipped quickly, but ended up being the wrong ones. Once I called you about the error, arrangements for shipping the correct order were handled with friendly efficiency…and the envelopes went through my inkjet with ease.
I do, however, resent being asked to agree to terms and conditions for submitting a review. You may be covering your bases w.r.t. certain legal matters, but it leaves a brusque impression that seems altogether out of keeping with how you do business otherwise. I'm nettled enough to downgrade my rating from five stars to four.
