Something always goes wrongJam paper is the only place to buy these plastic envelopes that I love. Their website sucks, eventually had to call customer service. They are not friendly but I did get my order placed. Received it very quickly but the color was wrong. Will have to use them again, as they are the “only game in town”.

Organizing essentialThese envelopes are wonderful. However I had some problems with shipping. They were in a box with haphazard bunches of crumpled paper & the envelopes themselves were bent. Still workable, love the fun colors. Great item, poor
shipping execution.

Damaged product, but great customer serviceMy first delivery was, evidently damaged in delivery OR at some earlier point. Customer service was kind enough to replace and send, at no extra cost, via express mail, my replacement product...bravo!
