2007 Zagat Shopping Guide (regarding the JAM NY stores): Crafters, students and arty types of all stripes swear by the "deep but not large" selection of funky colored "paper, paper, everywhere", (including stationery, folders, portfolios, gift-wrapping, boxes and "odd-sized" envelopes") at these "cluttered" Downtown "warehouses"; sure they're "cheap", but some "frustrated" fans fume the "self-serve" attitude means "they just Jam it in and don't help you pull it out."
